Ever wondered what you can do with a flopped banana bread (or any bread, for that matter)? Thanks, Ma, for the cool idea! Slice flopped bread in slices, smear with Nestle Caramel Treat (I used about one third of a tin), throw over a hand full of raisins and beat together and throw over:- two cups milk, 3 large eggs and sweetener or sugar to taste, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes (not like me, who went out and forgot the pudding in the oven, hence the VERY brown effect!). Serve warm with custard!
