CREAMY TOMATO MEAT LOAF
Temp. for baking: 160°C
21 x 14 x 7cm lightly greased loaf tin
Baking time: 1 hour
(Serves 6)
750g minced beef
150ml sour cream
1 pckt tomato soup mix
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely crushed
Seasoning: salt, 5 ml paprika, chopped red chilli (to taste)
Place beef in a large bowl with remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Press mixture firmly into prepared loaf tin, bake until well browned and firm in the centre.
Turn out of tin, serve sliced with salad or pureed potatoes.
For a very quick side dish you can serve it with instant mash or smash.
