CHUTNEY AND COKE RIBS
1 kg pork/lamb ribs
125 ml tomato sauce
125 ml chutney
300 ml coke cola
1 packet brown onion soup
Mix ingredients for marinade.
Put ribs in a large oval roaster and cover with marinade.
Put in a cold oven.
Swith to 160°C and bake for 2 hours.
Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
