FROZEN LEMON PIE
tin condensed milk
3 – 4 lemons, juice and rind
250 ml fresh cream
1 packet Tennis biscuits
Beat cream until stiff.
Add lemon juice and rind to condensed milk.
Mix all together. Put on a layer of Tennis biscuits.
Use a plastic dish that is suitable for deep freeze and cover it with cling wrap, tin foil or lid.
Take out of deep freeze a short while before serving.
Notas:
Dit kan vir weke in die vrieskas gebêre word, maar dit is so lekker dat dit nooit lank hou nie.
Dis handig as jy skielik met poeding vorendag moet kom.
Hoeveelheid is genoeg vir omtrent 9 porsies.
Dit het ‘n cream kaaskoek kleur, versier dus met iets helders soos geel en oranjge kappertjies (nasturtiums), suurlemoenskil of mentblaartjies.
