BANANA LOAF CAKE
Just a random recipe I found online.
½ cup of margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 cups cake flour
2 eggs
3 bananas mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs one at a time and beat well.
Place all the dry ingrdients in a mixing bowl.
Add mashed bananas and vanilla essence to the egg mix and fold in the dry ingredients.
Bake in a greased loaf tin for 45min.
