

STRAWBERRY JAM IN THE MICROWAVE
2 punnets (4 cups sliced)
½ cup lemon juice (I used fresh from my garden)
4 cups sugar
Wash, hull cut strawberries. Place in large microwaveproof bowl with juice.
Cover with glad wrap cook on high for 4 minutes.
Add sugar mix well and cook a further 30 min on high. Stir occasionally during cooking. Cook till jam jells when tested on cold saucer.
Bottle!
