CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE DESSERT

250 g dark chocolate- broken into pieces
250g ready made custard
400ml thick cream
2 tbsp cocoa
place chocolate in bowl over a pan of simmering water
when melted, set aside to cool slightly
beat in custard and creamrefridgerate for +- 6 hours
dust with cocoa powder and serve with cream
MAKES 6 SMALL ONES OR 1 BIG DESSERT
