AFRICA SCONES
500 g Rama margarine
1,5 kg self raising flour
3 eggs
625 ml sugar
egg yellow colouring
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy, beat in the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add a few drops of egg yellow colouring. Sift the flour and add to the egg mixture, be careful of overmixing. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 180ºC until done. Depends on the size 12-20 min.
