EASY BRAAI “BROODJIES”
4 buns, halved
250 ml cream
1 packet potato bake
grated cheese

Put buns in oven pan, cut sides up.
Mix the cream and potato bake and pour mixed potato bake on the half buns.
Top off with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Grill for about 5 minutes.
