COCONUT CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon baking powder
Mix all together in a microwaveable mug, microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Top on a plate and serve with fresh cream (I was too lazy to whip cream so I just poured as is)
