

JENNIFER’S BLUE CHEESE SAUCE
Braai tonight. Ribeye steak, crispy potatoes cubes, butternut cooked on the braai with honey and cinnamon in tin foil. Then a blue cheese sauce. For the blue cheese sauce.
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon butter
grated glove of garlic
Fry together gently until soft.
Add:
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
2 Tablespoons cut up blue cheese
salt and pepper
Stir and heat through, serve with steak.
