MOIST MICROWAVE CUP CAKE
Very nice – not dry at all
4 table spoon flour
4 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon cocoa
1 egg
3 table spoon milk
3 tablespoon oil
A small dash of vanilla
One large coffee mug – microwave safe
Mix dry ingredients and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add chocolate chip if you want.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Put the mug in microwave on cook for 3 min on 1000 watts.
(my microwave is 1200 watts so I just cooked it for 2 and half minutes).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug – don’t be alarm.
Allow to cool a little, tip out onto a plate if desired.
Serve with custard if prefer.

Can this moist micro cup cake be made successfully without the cocoa?
Elsie ek glo mens kan die kakao uitlaat, maar ek dink jy moet so 1 eetl ekstra meel bysit in so geval. ek wil net noem dat veral met mikrogolf resepte is my ondervinding dat mens nie moet peuter aan die getoetste resep nie, maar probeer is die beste geweer… daar is wel ‘n wit koek een ook op die blog, loer gerus
