SPAGHETTI WITH TUNA FISH SAUCE
25gr Flora Extra Light Spread
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
½ Green Pepper, finely chopped
185gr Tuna in Brine
100ml Chicken Stock
50ml Dry White Wine
3ml Lemon Juice
2 Tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped
250gr Spaghetti, cooked according to directions
5ml Tomato Paste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
15ml Fresh Parsley, chopped
Melt the Flora in a frying pan. Saute the onions, garlic, green peppers, tomatoes and tomato paste and cook until soft.
Add the flaked tuna, chicken stock, wine, lemon juice and pepper and heat the sauce through for approximately 10 minutes. Add the parsley and spaghetti and toss through.
