THE PERFECT CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2t baking powder
1,5t baking soda
1t salt
1t coffee powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2t vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 180°C. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee powder in a large bowl. Wisk to combine. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla to mixture and mix until well combined. Carefully add boiling water and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan(s). Bake for 30-35mins. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 10mins. Remove from pan(s) and allow to cool completely.
