TALK OF THE TOWN CHICKEN
Ingredients
1 chicken.
1⁄2 tin tomato puree.
1 tablespoon ginger garlic.
2tsp red chillie paste
2 teaspoon salt.
2tsp teaspoon chilli powder.
1⁄4 teaspoon tumeric.
1 teaspoon crushed dhana.
1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin).
2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Marinate the above for an hour an cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter)
Once chicken cooked lay in oven tray an make following sauce.
Sauce.
3 tablespoon olive oil.
A little knob of butter.
1 tablespoon crushed garlic.
1 tablespoon red chilli powder.
1 tablespoon crushed red chillie
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Braise this just so that the garlic cooks a bit.
Then pour over chicken. Grill chicken for 10 minutues
