ROBYN’S FLOP FREE PORK ROAST
Pork roast. Flop free. Rubbed roast with margarine, salt, lemon pepper and thyme. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Pre heat oven to 210 degrees C.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Turn down to 150 degrees C and roast 45min per 500g.
Rest meat for 10 minutes before serving.
