KRISTIE’S QUICK BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
4 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
2 Cups of Flour
1/2 Cup of Sugar
30ml Baking Powder
5ml Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Salt
Method:
1. Put oven on 180Degrees.
2. Press the ripe bananas down with a fork.
3. Add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Spray two medium sized bread tins with spray and cook.
5. Seperate the batter between the two bread tins.
6. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf on 180Degrees for 45min.
7. After it has been in the oven place on a cooling rack to cool for 10-15min.
