SHARON’S CARAMEL POPCORN
Indulging our sweet tooth on a Friday evening
Caramel popcorn
Popcorn
Sugar
Butter/margarine
I used approximately a cup of kernels, 1 cup sugar, half a cup marge. Make popcorn and then make the caramel. I just use the same pot. Melt butter and sugar till hard ball stage. Mix popcorn in the caramel, do not pour hot caramel over popcorn especially if you are using a plastic or glass bowl. The hot caramel will end up on your counter.
