MARISKA HOMEMADE WAFFLES
375 ml (210 g) cake flour
15 ml baking powder
15 ml sugar
300 ml milk
2 eggs, separated
50 g butter, melted or cooking oil
Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar.
Whisk milk, egg yolks and melted butter together.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Bake in the wafel pan – enjoy.
Note: This recipe does not use the egg white.
