COCONUT QUICKIE TART
Mix together
4 eggs,
125ml flour,
150ml sugar,
250ml coconut,
3ml salt,
50ml butter or oil,
5ml vanilla essence and
500ml milk.
Pour into buttered dish and bake about 40min at 180C until golden brown.
