HOMEMADE CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP WITH HAM AND CHEESE TOASTED SANDWICHES
3 x large packets of tomatoes chopped
1 x packet of fresh basil
1/3 packet of fresh origanum
1/3 packet of fresh parsley
1 table spoon of fresh crushed garlic
Tabasco sauce
Worcester sauce
Salt & pepper
Lemon juice
Cinnamon sugar
Tomato paste
Chicken stock, half a liter
Boil to a thick sauce consistency, stick blend to smooth & pour in half a cup of double thick cream.
