PENELOPES CREAMY SAGE CHICKEN
Salt and pepper a whole chicken or chicken pieces.
make a foil pocket that wont leak.
Place chicken on foil.
Either place lemon in a whole chicken or under and above chicken pieces.
Take fresh sage and place around chicken.
put garlic pieces in pockets.
Take a cup of full cream milk and add to chicken.
Close pocket and bake at 200*c for about 40min.
let it go another 10 min without top foil.
