JENNY’S BISCUIT FUDGE
250 g butter
500 g icing sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 packet Marie biscuits crushed.
Melt butter add icing sugar and cocoa. Quickly stir in beaten egg till smooth then add vanilla then add crushed Marie biscuits. Put it in a greased dish and let cool once cool cut into squares then let it set in the fridge.
