Crazy banana cake
1.5 cups very ripe bananas.
3 fresh bananas
2 teaspoons lemon juice (to be mixed with mashed bananas)
3 cups flour
1.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Quarter teaspoon salt.
3quarter cups soft butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1.5 cups buttermilk
After creaming butter and sugar..add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternatively..then add the eggs and last mix in your banana mash. Bake at 160 degree Celsius for 1 hour and 10minutes. Let cool completely before icing.
Icing:
Half cup softened butter.
230grams cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3.5 cups icing sugar.
Mix together and pout over cake.
