MINI STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE AND LEMON CAKES
1 packet of vanilla cake mix, prepared as packet directs you to.
When cakes are cooked and cooled get cocoa and icing sugar mix in a bowl.
1 tablespoon of each with 100 ml water and mix well.
Get strawberry jelly crystals and 100 ml water in a bowl and mix well.
Lemon jelly crystals and 100 ml water and mix well
Dip cakes in mixture and then in coconut
When dried a little make a cut in each cake and add the whipped cream or Nutella
