BANANA CARAMEL CUSTARD PUDDING
Two packs of lady fingers
2 tins of caramel
1 big tub of Ultramel custard
2 tubs of whipping cream ( 500ml)
6 bananas
In a large bowl with a flat surface place your lady fingers neatly next to each other until all the surface of the bowl is covered ,
now pour half of the custard over the lady fingers .
Slice your bananas and place half all over the custard
Whip the cream till stiff and mix in the caramel into the cream until well combined ,
now spoon half of the caramel cream over bananas ,
now place the rest of the lady fingers over the caramel ,
the rest of the banana slices and custard ,
finishing off with spooning the remaining caramel cream as the final layer .
Place in fridge to set for a few hours or overnight .
You may decorate with freshly whipped cream , and some flakes and fruit( optional ) .
You may use tennis biscuits as well .
