CARAMILIZED BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
Love this recipe, best chicken wings or legs ever. I also would recommend adding a tsp of thyme and oregano and if you do that use 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings (or legs)
1 2/3 tablespoons olive oil ( to help it stop sticking to the pan)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 2/3 tablespoons ketchup/Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup honey
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180°C
Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.

These were really good and easy. The recipe calls for a lot of soy sauce (and to my taste, it makes marinades bitter). I only added 2 tablespoons. I rather added some sweet chilli sauce. I put the sauce on the chicken and let it stand for 20 minutes before putting it in the oven (only because oven was already full). We ate them cold with salads.
