I use the big bunch of parsley.
I bunch of mint
3 shallots
3 tomatoes diced
3 cucumber dived
2 lemons
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup of burgel (cracked wheat)( optional)
Finely chop the parsley add the mint and shallots and tomato and cucumber
Then add the burgel and oil and lemon and combine. Dont add all the lemon. See how sour u like it.
Add salt to taste
Leave for about 10 min before eating for the burgel to absorb the lemon.
If ur not adding the burgel u can eat straight away
