1/2kg mince meat
250g of peas
2 cups of rice(basmati)
3 cups of water
2 onions finely
chopped
2 tbs of vegeta
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the meat in oil. Add the onion and allow to cook but not brown.
Add the peas and add the water. Once the water is boiling add the rice and salt and pepper and the vegeta. Cook until all the water is absorbed.
