SPINACH AND BACON CHICKEN FILLETS
Chicken fillet flattened
Place bacon strips over the chicken fillets (Streaky bacon)
Add a little bit of garlic butter to taste
Sprinkle with grated cheese (cheese of your choice)
Add some creamy spinach. (made with fresh cream)
Roll to form and then roll with another strip of bacon, pin together with toothpick.
Bake/Grill in oven on around 180/200ºC until golden and chicken cooked.
Enjoy served with chips and veggies of your choice.
