SUNDAY SUP(P)ER PIZZA
Base is a standard yeast pizza/bread dough.
I dump everything in my bread maker and use the dough setting – 45min.
I have an old ceramic microwave plate and place that in my gas oven at 230°C to warm up.
I always have stock of home made pizza tom-fresh tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, oreganum, salt and pepper, ready made in the freezer.
Topping is shaved smoked ham, black olives, mushrooms and mozzarella.
Best results are as thin a base as possible and all toppings ready.
Pan out of oven, spray with olive oil spray, pizza base on to the hot pan,
Tomato and other toppings put on as quickly as possible, then back in oven for about 20 minutes. Very easy.
