

RYE BREAD WITHOUT OTHER FLOUR
500 g rye flour
200 ml milk
½ block of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Take 300 g of the rye flour, the fresh yeast and sugar and warm the milk and add, mix together into a dough and allow to stand and rise covered for approx. 40-50 min, then add the rest of the ingredients to though dough and knead the dough through and leave for another 30-40 min. break and roll pieces off (50g) each and place on a greased pan and cut length or cross slits on the top brush over with milk and allow to stand for a short time and bake at 210 – 220 ºC for 18-20 minutes…. For a change you can also mix 250 g Wheat flour with 250 g Rye Flour!!!
