250gr Butter
250gr Honey
500gr Brown Sugar
1 1/2 pckts Bicarb of soda (in a little water) About 50ml
1 Kg Cake flour
6 Eggs (wisk)
1 tsp Grd Cloves
2 tsp Grd cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 180 degr for +- 15 to 20 minutes.
