500 g wortels
1 medium koolkop
125 g knoffel
750 ml wit asyn
750 ml kookolie
1 pakkie piekel Masala
250 g sout
Kerf wortel, bone en kool.
Week in asyn en sout oplossing vir 2 dae.
Dreineer asyn baie goed. Voeg piekel masala, kookolie en fyngekapte knoffel by. Meng baie goed en skep in bottels, seël dadelik.
