MIKE’S KITCHEN CHEESECAKE
250 g smooth cottage cheese
250 ml fresh cream
50 ml fresh lemon juice
1 packet marie biscuits
2/3 teaspoons gelatine
40 g butter
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 tin condensed milkCrush biscuits finely and mix 2/3rds with melted butter.
Layer the base of the tray
Mix smooth cottage cheese with condensed milk. Add the sugar
Beat cream till firm and add to the mixture
Dissolve the gelatine in the lemon juice and mix well. Add to the mixture
Pour cheese mixture into the tray
Sprinkle with the rest of the biscuit crumbs
Leave in the fridge overnight to set
