RUM BALLS
Source: My own
1/2 cup butter
4 TB Syrup
4 round TB caster sugar
Place in pot and boil.
Remove from heat and add
4 TB level cocoa
12 heaped TB Rice Crispies
10 heaped TB coconut
1 Teaspoon Rum essence
Mix together. Allow to cool. I put it in the fridge 10-15 minutes
Roll into balls
Roll in chocolate vermicelli.
