175g cake flour
2 ½ tbsp Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
150 g caster sugar
2 eggs
150 ml corn oil (veg oil is also fine)
150 ml milk
1teaspoons vanilla
Icing:
125 g dark chocolate
397g Caramel ( condended milk)
1 teaspoon vinilla
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Pre heat oven 180 C
Sieve together flour, cacoa and bi carb and stir in sugar.
In seperste bowl whisk oil, milk, eggs, vanilla and 1 Tablespoon of that caramel until smooth
Mix into flour mixture (dis nogal loperig maar dis reg so)
Bake 20 -25 min until springy.
Cool
Icing:
Melt chocolate- add caramel and vanilla – ice cake when cool
