BANANA LOAF IN THE CONVECTION OVEN
3 ripe bananas
125 g butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups cake flour
2 eggs
¾ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mash the bananas.
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add well beaten eggs and then the bananas.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix well and pour into greased loaf tin.
Place on low rack.
