Beat the butter and sugar until light, then beat in the vanilla and egg.
Sift the cake flour, cornflour, baking powder and pinch of salt .
Stir into the butter mixture to form a firm dough.
Refrigerate for 15 min of until firm and roll out the dough.
Bake for 8-10 min at 160 ºC.
