LIZ’S FISH BATTER
1 cup cake flour
1 teespoon baking powder
1 teespoon salt
2 teespoon aromat
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Mix everything together. Lightly coat fish in flour and dip in batter. Fry in pan.
NOTE: It is crunchy and tastes amazing. I cut the hake up into small pieces for the kids and made them fish pops. My kids are picky as to what they eat and they loved it.
