DELENE’S SELF SAUCING CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Batter:
250 ml cake flour
10 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
125 ml sugar
45 ml cocoa
125 ml milk
30 ml melted margarine
Sauce:
125 ml sugar
30 ml cocoa
500 ml boiling water
Mix all the batter ingredients together, then add the sauce mixture on top of the batter, don’t mix. Bake in oven at 180°C for about 40 min. Will have a cake on top of a nice chocolate sauce.
