

HOMEMADE BUNNY CHOW
1 small loaf bread
600 g mince
1 tin of garden peas
2 large potatoes cubed
salt to taste
Table spoon curry masala mix
1 tin tomatoes and curry leaves
1 clove garlic
1 large onion finely chopped
2 table spoons of oil
Heat pot and add the oil. Add sliced onions and fry till light brown add garlic and mince, brown the mince. Add tinned tomatoes and curry leaves. Turn heat down to a simmer and add potatoes. Simmer for 20 mins and add the peas. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Hollow out half a loaf of bread, add the curry. Let it rest for 3 mins and dig in.

Looks absolutely divine!! I usually make it the same way, but sometimes I add a twist that’s not traditional (don’t get me wrong, traditional is tops) I add a can of baked beans in tomato sauce to “expand” the meal, and it’s just as delicious!!
