CRUSTLESS TUNA TARTLETS
200 g tuna
4 eggs (2 hard boiled and chopped)
100 g grated cheese plus extra
Paprika
250 ml milk
30 g flour
1 onion, chopped
25 ml finely chopped parsley
Tsp salt
pepper
2 ml tabasco
Preheat oven 180°C.
Grease 2 x 12 muffin dishes or one large.
Drain and flake tuna.
Add to a bowl with the 2 x boiled eggs and 2 x beaten eggs.
Add cheese, flour, milk, onion, seasoning and parsley and Tabasco.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Top with a little bit of extra grated cheese.
Bake 20 mins and allow to stand for a few minutes.
