BROWN ONION MEATBALLS
Brown onion frikkies, knoffel botter aartappels, blomkool in tamatie kaassous, mint ertjies, uie ringe & basmati rys.
± 1 kg mince
2 slices bread, soaked in a little milk
1 egg, grated onion
green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Worcester sauce
steak and chops spice
packet of brown onion gravy
Mix with fork and put in fridge to cool and then form into balls. Pour brown gravy over and bake at 180°C untill browned.
