SABRINA’S CUSTARD BERRY CAKE
Custard
4 egg yolks
160 gr sugar
70 gr cake flour
500 ml milk
Beat eggs with sugar add flour.
Boil milk until warm not hot and add to egg mix place on medium heat and cook until custard thickens.
Sponge
4 eggs
240 gr butter unsalted
240 gr sugar
240 gr cake flour
berries and fruit of your choice
Cream butter and sugar until light in colour add lightly beaten eggs slowly add the flour. Pour into baking tray bake 160ºC for 40 min.
To decorate remove some of the cake from center and fill with custard place berries or fruit of you choice on top.
