ZELDA’S TUNA FISHCAKES
2 tins tuna drained
1 medium onion chopped
150 g drained corn (I use frozen)
pepper and salt to taste
2 eggs beaten
160 ml cake flour
Oil for frying
Mix tuna, onion and corn.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add beaten eggs and mix in.
Add flour and mix lightly.
Drop spoonfuls into oil and fry until brown on both sides.
Enjoy
