CHEESE-FILLED GARLIC BREAD ROLLS

1 loaf (1 kg) frozen bread dough, thawed
Cubes mozzarella cheese (1.5 cm each)
Sun-dried tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley (keep 1/2 tsp for top of rolls)
2 garlic cloves, minced (keep 1/2 tsp for top of rolls)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Divide dough into portions.
Mix parsley, Italian seasoning, sun dried tomato, garlic and pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Flatten each portion of dough slightly, spread parsley and garlic mixture in the middle and shape around a cheese cube to cover completely; pinch to seal.
Place each roll in a greased muffin cup, seam side down.
Cover with kitchen towel, let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl, mix butter, parsley and garlic.
Brush over rolls; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake until golden brown, 15-18 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
Serve warm.
