TRACY’S CHICKEN TENDERS
I used 4 pieces of chicken tenders but I’m sure you can use as many as you like
Corn flour ( to coat the tenders in) I used a cup of corn flour.
Coat tenders and put them aside so the coating can set a bit on the tenders
With the remaining flour I added garlic powder, salt, pepper
In a separate bowl I beat one egg
After your tenders have set a bit dip each tender into the egg and then into the flour mixture.
Fry in deep hot oil, I just fried mine in the deep fryer
Fry till golden and crispy
