CRUSTLESS SAVOURY TART
4 slices of bread soaked in stock/water/milk and mashed when soft
1 tin Bully beef
1 packet diced bacon 1 onion
Shredded fresh spinach
2 cups grated cheese
Fresh thyme
4 eggs whisked with about half cup milk ( I added 2 Tbspns of plain yoghurt)
Fry bacon and onion. Add bully beef and warm through. Add thyme and mashed bread. Add shredded spinach and let cool.
Best eggs, milk and yoghurt together.
When mixture has cooled -add grated cheese and egg mixture and fold in.
Pour into greased dish sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 mins at 180.
