INGRID’S PASTA SALAD
Half a packet pasta
Green pepper
Red onion
Tin whole kernel mielies
Spring onion
Tomatoes
Olives
Feta
1 bottle salad dressing. I used Greek.
Spices such as garlic and herb and green onion
Boil pasta as cooking instructions on packet
Chop rest of ingredients add to pasta once cooled off and spices. Lastly add the salad dressing and mix.

Love pasta salad. Could add whatever you have available. Fruit and veg if you like. I only add a bit of mayonnaise with mine once dished up. Hubby prefers olive oil. Keeps well in fridge. A day or so. Love hard boiled eggs in it. Cheese blocks, banana. Anything really. Lovely meal on a hot day.
